Chuck's passion for building wealth started right after college; buried in books, searching for the right path. Real estate kept showing up as the answer. His first move was a duplex in Columbia, SC, where he combined a data science background with hands-on investing instincts to turn numbers into returns. That first deal opened the door to a portfolio that now spans large multifamily, storage units, single family development, and data centers. Chuck was raised in Little Africa, a small and historic community in Spartanburg County, SC; a place that shaped how he thinks about legacy. A proud University of South Carolina graduate, he now calls Charlotte home, where he lives with his wife and three kids. Outside of work, Chuck stays active, stays close to his family, and stays plugged into his community. Everything he does ties back to one purpose: helping people understand how to build wealth that outlasts them.
